Our Story

With over 25 years in the business of service our founder, Claire Paley is the ultimate in making life simpler.

After graduating from university and a brief spell working in the fashion industry Claire changed track moving to the clerical world.  Being recognised for her exceptional organisational abilities she quickly rose through the ranks to become executive assistant for senior leaders within a number of national and global companies. Her skills enabling her to do everything from day to day administration, organising large-scale global conferences, to office and people relocations.

Having taken time out to spend time with her family Claire returned to work joining forces with a local entrepreneur. As Operations Manager she helped to establish and develop an award winning artisan farm shop and a cookery & crafts school.

Claire's skills as an organiser with an attention to detail were often in demand to help family, friends and acquaintances to organise parties, house moves or finding a trades person.

Claire realised that there was a huge gap in the market that she was already filling in a small way.

She understood that successful people need organised, practical, honest, efficient, effective, straight-talking organisers who will manage their busy lives for them on a practical level. Organisers who believe anything is possible, as long as it’s legally and morally sound. Organisers who want to be of service – who understand service – who want you to feel good about asking others do tasks, and who genuinely care about getting you the best possible result.

So Claire founded Hampton Wilcox.

So whether you need your office organised, a special party arranging or that home makeover you have been putting off get in touch and let us take the pressure off with a smile and immediate action.

We have also expanded what we do to incorporate some of the other great passions in Claire's life. That is to seek out beautiful items for life and the home,  to inspire a creative curiosity and desire within people to learn new skills, and get together with friends to enjoy new experiences together.
